A house that stands empty for much of the winter is a very different security case from a permanent home. We design around your specific property: the layout of the plot, sightlines, which doors and windows are exposed, and how fast someone can be on site if the alarm goes off.

What does an alarm system cost?+
A complete villa alarm with sensors and app alerts starts around €900, with cameras adding roughly €250–450 each installed. Monitoring-centre service is a separate subscription.
Are cameras legal in Spain?+
Yes, but they may only cover your own property and you must display a surveillance notice. We install so you comply with GDPR and your neighbours' privacy.
Does the alarm work in a power cut?+
Yes — the systems have battery backup and can report over the mobile network even if both power and internet are down.
